Both oil-shaped heating elements cover the entire surface of the cast-iron plate. Thanks to the power of the heating element (3kW), the electric plancha grill PSF 400 E ensures homogeneous cooking without heat loss on the edges.
• This professional griddle plate can grill a wide variety of meats, fish, burgers, sausages, vegetables, onions but also fried eggs, omelettes.
• The juices and grease are drained into the fully removable drawer. The stainless steel collecting tray can be cleaned in a dishwasher.
